日頃より、本学の情報セキュリティの維持と向上にご協力をいただき、誠にありがとう ございます。
本年度も「情報セキュリティe-Learning」を実施いたします。
ご多用のところ恐れ入りますが、令和８年９月３０日（水）までに、必ず受講（昨年度受講済の方も再受講）いただきますようお願いいたします。
今年度は生成AIをテーマに、生成AIを安全かつ適切に活用するための基礎知識を学んでいただきます。
併せて、本学学生が香川県警察と協働して取り組む地域向け啓発活動の一環として、「ニセ警察詐欺」を仮想体験し、生成AIを悪用した犯罪の手口や注意点について理解を深めていただきます。

設問に回答されていない場合及び全てに正解していない場合は受講済みとなりません。

【補足】
香川大学では、生成AIサービスの一つである Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat を利用できます。Microsoft 365 Copilot Chatは、香大IDでログインして利用することで、エンタープライズ データ保護（Enterprise Data Protection：EDP） が有効になります。EDPが有効な環境では、ユーザーが入力した情報は生成AIの学習データとして利用されず、適切に保護されます。この機能が有効な場合、本研修で説明した「守るべき情報の置き換え」を行う必要がなくなるため、利用者の負担軽減につながります。
なお、Microsoft 365 Copilot Chatの利用に関する詳細は、後日、教育情報推進支援センターのWebサイトに掲載予定です。掲載後、Digi-ONEにてお知らせします。また、Google Workspace for Educationについても、香大IDでログインして利用することで、EDPと同等の保護機能が有効になります。
【附属病院電子カルテ端末利用の方へ】
情報セキュリティe-Learningでの生成AIとは附属病院電子カルテ端末で利用できる院内生成AI（Ubie）以外の生成AIサービスです。院内生成AI （Ubie）については個人情報をそのまま入力することが可能です。

生成AIに個人情報や機密情報などを誤って登録した場合は、香大CSIRT（附属病院の場合は医療情報部）までご相談ください。

Implementation of the FY2026 Information Security e-Learning Program
Thank you for your continued cooperation in maintaining and improving information security at Kagawa University.
We will once again conduct the Information Security e-Learning Program this year.
We understand that you have a busy schedule; however, we kindly ask that all faculty and staff complete the training by Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Please note that everyone is required to take the course again, including those who completed it last year.
This year's program focuses on Generative AI and provides fundamental knowledge for using generative AI safely and appropriately.
In addition, as part of a community awareness initiative carried out by Kagawa University students in collaboration with the Kagawa Prefectural Police, participants will experience a simulated “Fake Police Scam” scenario. Through this exercise, you will gain a better understanding of criminal schemes that misuse generative AI, as well as important precautions to protect yourself and others.

２．Interactive Simulation: Experiencing a Police Impersonation Scam via LINE
(Multiple Endings; Up to 5 minutes)
If you are unable to participate in the interactive LINE-based simulation due to the absence of a LINE environment or technical difficulties, please view the simulation training video provided as an alternative learning resource.
Information Security e-Learning Requirements
After completing all learning content, including the simulation exercise, please proceed to the assessment quiz (5 questions; approximately 10 minutes).
Completion of the training requires that all quiz questions be answered correctly. Participants who do not submit responses or who fail to answer all questions correctly will not be recorded as having completed the training.

Additional Information
Kagawa University provides access to Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, one of the generative AI services available to university members.
When users sign in with their Kagawa University ID, Enterprise Data Protection (EDP) is enabled in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. In an EDP-protected environment, information entered by users is not used to train AI models and is protected appropriately.
As a result, users are not required to perform the substitution or masking of sensitive information described in this training, which helps reduce the burden on users while maintaining information security.
Further details regarding the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat will be published on the website of the Center for Education and Research Information Infrastructure at a later date. Once available, an announcement will be posted through Digi-ONE.
In addition, Google Workspace for Education provides a level of protection equivalent to EDP when users sign in with their Kagawa University ID.
For Users of the University Hospital Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Terminals
In this Information Security e-Learning program, the term “generative AI” refers to generative AI services other than the hospital’s internal generative AI system (Ubie), which is available on the University Hospital EMR terminals.
Please note that personal information may be entered directly into the internal generative AI system (Ubie) in accordance with the hospital's authorized usage policies.
Consultation Regarding the Accidental Entry of Personal or Confidential Information into Generative AI Services
If personal information, confidential information, or other sensitive data is accidentally entered into a generative AI service, please contact the Kagawa University CSIRT for assistance.
For incidents involving the University Hospital, please contact the Department of Medical Informatics instead.
